Splunk DevOps Engineer

Location : Melbourne

We are looking for a Splunk DevOps Engineer to work with a Global Consulting company.


Strong knowledge of Splunk architecture and worked in an enterprise level implementation of Splunk

  • · Deployed, configured or installed Splunk components from Search Heads, Indexers to Heavy and Universal Forwarders
  • · Proficient in Splunk queries
  • · Strong technical knowledge of Redhat Linux, Firewalls and Load Balancing principles
  • · Maintain and build out the existing CI / CD Pipeline processes
  • · Able to work independently as well as adaptable and flexible with ability to multi-task
  • · Take initiative to problem solve with positive attitude towards feedback from team for improvements
  • · Willingness to share knowledge and good working ethic
  • · Familiar with project development life cycle with deployment experience
  • Preferred
  • · Experience working in the telecommunications sector
  • · Work in Agile environment previously
  • Key Skills:
  • · Ansible
  • · CD tools such as GoCD and Jenkins
  • · Scripting - Linux Shell & Python
  • · Linux OS (preferable Redhat proficiency)
  • · Git
  • Desired Skills:
  • · Selenium
  • · AWS
  • · Kubernetes
  • · Splunk UBA
